01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "dk365", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the dk365 platform operated at dk365.onl under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a dk365 account or who accesses the dk365 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the dk365 platform.
• "Platform" means the dk365.onl website, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any software provided by dk365 for gaming purposes.
• "Gaming Products" means all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, lottery products, and any other wagering products offered by dk365.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's dk365 Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, the dk365 platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

Registration and participation on the dk365 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Access to casino gaming products — including live dealer games, RNG casino games, and slot machines — is further restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering a dk365 account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement for the products you intend to use.

dk365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the applicable minimum age, dk365 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any real-money deposits made, subject to verification of the deposit method.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered dk365 account. Creating, operating, or accessing multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. dk365 may, at its sole discretion, close all accounts associated with a Player found to hold multiple accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Eligibility Restrictions

Players are not eligible to register if they:

• Are resident in, or accessing dk365 from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Are employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of dk365 or any of its affiliated gaming providers;
• Have previously had a dk365 account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Are subject to a self-exclusion order active on the dk365 platform;
• Are acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility rules.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dk365 account credentials, including their login details, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dk365 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their account security settings. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dk365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your dk365 account credentials have been compromised, you must notify dk365 immediately at [email protected]. dk365 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dk365 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Players may be required to submit KYC documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. dk365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until satisfactory KYC documents have been provided and verified.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dk365 may apply an administrative inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts following notification to the Player's registered contact details, subject to the total balance not being reduced below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

dk365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and cash deposit methods. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. dk365 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method not registered to the Player — are not accepted and will be returned. Processing of returned funds may take up to 5 business days. dk365 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. dk365 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, standard bank or mobile wallet transaction charges may apply at the recipient's end.

dk365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, ongoing KYC review, or active investigation, withdrawal processing may be delayed pending resolution.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the dk365 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dk365 does not apply currency conversion charges, and Player wallets are maintained exclusively in PKR.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dk365 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirement within the specified time limit will be forfeited automatically. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in the settlement of bets, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dk365 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing bets in a pattern designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, dk365 reserves the right to void associated bonuses, withhold derived winnings, and suspend or close the Player's account.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the terms of the current bonus. Players should review the applicable promotion terms before making a deposit during an active bonus period.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on dk365 are subject to acceptance by dk365. dk365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where there is a technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, or where dk365 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud, or use of insider information.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the dk365 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, as indicated in the Player's bet confirmation. Late acceptance of bets during live events may result in different odds from those initially displayed.

6.3 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a dispute, dk365's decision on settlement, based on available official information, is final. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as presided over by the live dealer. Certified RNG systems are independently audited by approved testing agencies.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player in circumstances including: event cancellation, technical failure preventing proper resolution, obvious pricing errors, or where the outcome cannot be verified by an official source. Voided bet stakes are credited to the Player's wallet within 24 hours of the void decision being made.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk365 platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other tool to interact with the dk365 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any dk365 software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit dk365 pricing or systems;
• Using the dk365 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity;
• Impersonating any other person, including another Player or a dk365 employee, in any communication or on-platform interaction;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches rather than reporting them to dk365 via [email protected];
• Accessing the dk365 platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communications with dk365 support staff or other Players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk365 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, trademarks, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of dk365 or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party is granted any licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from dk365 intellectual property without the prior written consent of dk365.

Third-party game content made available on the dk365 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Access to third-party game content is provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of registered Players during an active gaming session.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk365 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from, or connected to, the use of the dk365 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of anticipated winnings.

dk365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period preceding the relevant claim.

dk365 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. dk365 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance affecting gaming services.

10 Responsible Gaming

dk365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming across all player interactions. dk365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible to all Players at any time through the Account Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount a Player may add to their wallet within the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable limits on continuous gaming session duration, with automatic prompts when the session limit is approached.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, beyond which gaming access is temporarily restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: A facility allowing Players to voluntarily exclude themselves from the dk365 platform for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed without delay upon request.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A short-term break facility (24 hours to 30 days) allowing Players to temporarily suspend their account without activating a full self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions displaying session duration and net gaming activity.

Casino products on dk365 are restricted to Players aged 21 and over. Sports betting products are restricted to Players aged 18 and over. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and may be required at any point during the Player's relationship with dk365. 11 Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by dk365

dk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false or inaccurate registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or account inactivity as described in Section 3.3.

Upon termination for cause, dk365 may, at its discretion, withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct, while returning genuine deposited funds subject to applicable verification requirements.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their dk365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any eligible real-money balance in the Player's wallet will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Privacy and Data

dk365 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a dk365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs how dk365 uses, shares, and protects your information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

dk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, dk365 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect. Continued use of the dk365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Players who do not accept amended Terms and Conditions should discontinue use of the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure and return of eligible wallet funds before the amended terms take effect.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk365 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms and Conditions or the dk365 platform, Players are encouraged to first raise the matter directly with dk365 via [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute clearly and providing any relevant documentation.

dk365 operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints submitted by Players will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days wherever possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the dk365 internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by dk365's licensing authority.
